About the Role

Royal Prince Alfred is the principal teaching hospital of the University of Sydney and offers speciality services from its main campus as well as from Institute of Rheumatology and Orthopaedics, Chris O’Brien Lifehouse and Dame Edith Walker Hospitals.  RPAH is one of Australia's leading hospitals, providing an extensive range of diagnostic and treatment services. Its specialities include cardiology, obstetrics and gynaecology, cancer, respiratory medicine, neurology, liver and kidney transplants.


The eClinic is an online platform that has been developed by InsideOut and provides a range of digital services and eTherapies to individuals with eating disorders and health professionals in the community. Reporting to and working closely with the Clinical Lead of the InsideOut eClinic, this position will be responsible for the operation and management of the InsideOut eClinic. The position will lead and manage operations, processes, accreditation and compliance with national digital health standards and relevant policies as well as plan, coordinate, lead and manage human, financial, material and capital resources to provide a cost effective, quality service that meets key performance indicators and financial accountabilities of the InsideOut Institute.

Ideal Candidate

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health Management, as a Health Professional, Public Health or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills to enhance staff performance, influence workplace culture and lead change.
