This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain a strong foundation across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. This is truly an amazing role to diversify your skills. In this role, you’ll be helping your patients stay active, independent, and well-supported in their homes and local community. Your inpatient work will involve contributing to multidisciplinary care on the ward and supporting timely, safe discharge planning. In the outpatient setting, you’ll provide personalised therapy sessions and home visits focusing on your patients’ goals. You’ll also lead group programs centred on recovery and self-management. You will also participate in outreach by travelling to rural Multi-Purpose Services to support both community clients and aged care residents.

- * Based on a minimum 18-month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. All payments to part-time and contract employees will be made on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions.
