About the role:
The Drug and Alcohol Support Worker works within the multidisciplinary team in the Community Mental Health Drug and Alcohol team. The role will assist in the delivery of Drug and Alcohol and Social Care, to people experiencing substance use issues.
The current focus of this role:
· Administrative and Service Support Activity
· Preparation of consumer handouts and resources
· Assist with documentation, such as discharge letters or reports and general administration activity
· Documentation of direct consumer care work in the electronic medical record.
