Selection Criteria
-
Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field.

Holds approved postgraduate qualifications relevant to the specialty or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate.

Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Extensive understanding of speciality disorders and their current management.
-
Extensive knowledge of good clinical practice, policies and procedure.

Proven ability to consult, review, and develop, both new and existing policies and procedures within the relevant speciality.

Computer skills including word processing, presentation, spread sheet applications and clinical information systems.
