About the Role

Concord Repatriation General Hospital is proud of its healthcare service excellence and leadership in clinical care. Concord is part of a network of hospitals and healthcare services within Sydney Local Health District.

Childcare Centre directorship for the provision of Early Childhood Education and Care services. This includes the day to day operation of the Yaralla Childcare Centre in compliance with Commonwealth and State Government regulatory requirements. You will be the Nominated Supervisor for the Child Care Centre.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor of Education: Early Childhood (4 year Course) or equivalent; Child Protection Statement of Attainment from a course approved by the New South Wales Regulatory Authority.
  • Demonstrated high-level understanding of national regulations and quality standards (and assessment) for education and care services.
  • Demonstrated ability, or prior experience, developing and implementing operational policies and strategies for an early childhood education service
  • Leadership and management experience in a child care setting including demonstrated ability to manage performance and provide effective supervision to a large team of staff.
  • Current first aid certificate and asthma and anaphylaxis management training or willingness to obtain.
