About this role

As Director, Revenue Performance and Funding, you will shape the financial sustainability of NSW Health by leading systemwide strategies that maximise revenue and support strong health system performance. This influential role drives funding optimisation across Local Health Districts, Networks, Ambulance and Ministry branches and pillars, positioning the system to meet growing and complex demand. Working across all revenue streams, you will apply insightled monitoring, analysis and forecasting to unlock opportunities, inform decisionmaking and strengthen financial resilience across the portfolio.

 

This is an ongoing, full time, Band 1, Public Service Senior Executive (PSSE) role. An attractive remuneration package within the range of $225,628 to $250,574 per annum, with annual performance reviews, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

About you 

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with: 

  • Relevant tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in accountancy, economics, commerce, finance or a related discipline and membership of a recognised Australian accounting body
  • Demonstrated leadership in provision of strategic financial advice or economic analysis within a large and complex organisation
