About this role

As Director, People and Corporate Communications, you will provide trusted, expert strategic communications advice and solutions to the Secretary and executive of NSW Health, working in close partnership across the Strategic Communications and Engagement branch, Ministry of Health, local health districts, specialty networks, and pillars.

 

Operating at the centre of influence, you will drive highquality, engaging communications that connect with and celebrate our workforce, and align with NSW Health’s strategic priorities and values.

 

This is an ongoing, full time, Band 1, Public Service Senior Executive (PSSE) role. An attractive remuneration package within the range of $225,628 to $250,574 per annum, with annual performance reviews, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

About you 

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are essential.
  • Demonstrated, extensive experience in corporate and staff communications, people and issues management at a senior level.
  • Extensive experience leading a team and providing expert communications advice and support at executive level.
  • Experience delivering high-profile events.
