Executive Opportunity

Step into a key nursing leadership role where you’ll guide and professionally support the nursing workforce across our Emergency Department, Theatres, and inpatient wards including rehabilitation and STRAS unit. As part of our executive leadership team, you’ll work with passionate group of Nurse Unit Managers to foster a positive culture and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care to the community.

This is a hands-on leadership position at the heart of hospital operations. You’ll oversee patient flow, bed management, and resource coordination, and contribute to executive-level decision-making—including participation in the Belmont District Hospital on-call roster. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the service and key external stakeholders to drive improvement, innovation, and service excellence.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Eligible to drive in NSW.
