The Director, ICT Procurement and Asset Management will provide strategic leadership of a highly capable and skilled team, lead high profile and critical ICT procurements on behalf of eHealth NSW and the NSW Health system, oversee vendor management and supplier governance strategies, and advise senior executives across the NSW Health system on hardware and software asset management requirements and opportunities.  You will be a key member of the extended leadership of eHealth NSW contributing to a positive and inclusive culture and developing strategies to engage, develop and support employees.

This is an ongoing, full time, Band 1, Health Service senior executive (HSSE) role. An attractive remuneration package within the range of $239,483 to $263,586 per annum (SOORT 2024), with annual performance reviews, will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

About you

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

 

  • Demonstrated experience effectively leading teams to solve complex problems
  • Deep procurement and asset management experience; knowledge of procurement principles and legal/regulatory/legislative procurement frameworks
  • Ability to effectively establish and cultivate relationships with diverse groups of stakeholders and influence outcomes
  • Experience briefing and advising senior executives on complex matters
