NSW Health is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Director, Capital. In this key role, you will oversee the monitoring, analysis and reporting of NSW Health’s capital program, ensuring the effective delivery of our asset acquisition program across the system

As Director, you will be responsible for driving high-quality insights that support decision-making, ensuring capital expenditure targets are met, and meeting all statutory reporting requirements. You will work closely with senior executives, health agencies and government partners to maximise the value and impact of NSW Health’s capital investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead system-wide monitoring, governance and reporting of the NSW Health Capital Program.
Provide trusted advice and analytical insights to optimise asset acquisition and program performance.
Ensure compliance with capital expenditure targets, legislative obligations and government reporting requirements.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support effective program delivery.
Drive continuous improvement in capital reporting, forecasting and performance management.
About you:
You are a collaborative, outcomes-focused leader with strong financial, analytical or infrastructure program expertise. You bring a deep understanding of capital planning, government reporting or large-scale program oversight, along with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
