Join the Team
Join our Corporate Applications team as a Digital Specialist, Workforce Applications, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing workforce systems across NSW Health. Drawing on your business analysis, functional and technical expertise, you will deliver high-quality application support, identify opportunities for service improvement, and help achieve positive business outcomes for our customers and stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Resolve complex application incidents and service issues to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance applications, processes, system performance and ways of working.

About You
You’ll be someone who
- Has proven experience implementing, enhancing and supporting Workforce Application (e.g. HCM) or Business Systems solutions.
- Brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver effective solutions to complex business challenges.
- Demonstrates excellent prioritisation and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
- You are comfortable taking ownership of your work, balancing multiple priorities, and providing accurate estimates and timelines.
