About the role
The Digital Health Technical Project Officer role will be crucial to the delivery of the Health Grade Enterprise Network (HGEN) program within both Far West and Western NSW Local Health Districts.
HGEN aims to provide a sustainable refresh initiative that will ensure our Health Districts can meet evolving clinical, patient and staff needs. HGEN will deliver:
· Improved coverage, reliability and performance
· Greater interoperability between NSW Health’s digital systems
· A planned approach to ICT infrastructure upgrades
· Enhanced network security
· Greater innovation to support patient care and non-clinical staff
· Greater efficiencies allowing for ongoing reinvestment
