Essential Criteria:
Vaccination Category: A High Risk
Checks: National Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
Selection Criteria:
- High level customer service skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the use of the telephone
- Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and team and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and with minimal supervision and use initiative
- Highly developed computer and administrative skills, including a working knowledge of Cbord and Cerner
- Previous work experience as a diet supervisor or health services manager, including experience in nutritional screening and clinical duties
- Knowledge of quality improvement practices in the workplace and ability to lead quality improvement activities
- Dietary Supervisors Certificate or Certificate 3 or 4 in Allied Health Service Assistant (Nutrition and Dietetics) or food science/nutrition undergraduate qualification or equivalent or relevant experience.
