We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join Sydney Children's Hospitals Network’s (SCHN) Communications and Engagement Directorate. In a collaborative and supportive environment, you will design and deliver high-quality visual communications that support SCHN’s strategic objectives and strengthen the Network’s brand identity across a range of print and digital channels. Using your expertise in graphic design, branding and creative production, you will create engaging information products and digital collateral, while providing professional advice and guidance to stakeholders on corporate identity and publication standards. This is leave cover temporary position is an exciting opportunity for a creative design professional seeking new challenges in a meaningful role supporting Australia’s leading paediatric health network.
What you'll be doing
This role provides a design service, as well as professional advice and guidance to ensure consistent branding and maintain the identity of SCHN across all information products, marketing materials and online content.

Responses to the questions below:
- Tertiary qualifications in graphic design, or an equivalent combination of study and professional work experience.
- Proven experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, (including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign) and the Microsoft Office suite in an Apple Macintosh environment.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and consistently meet deadlines.
- Professional approach to work, with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated creative thinking skills, with the ability to deliver effective solutions in resource constrained environments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while managing a broad range of tasks.skills in use of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience in web design, photography and video production.
