Deputy Director of Nursing

1. Current AHPRA Registration with authority to practice as a Registered Nurse, Division 1, with appropriate tertiary management qualifications or equivalent experience or a combination of study and experience.
2. Proven record to lead a senior nursing team to work successfully with other professional and disciplines in the management of health care services, cultural change including strategic planning, service development and project management through implementation and evaluation.
3. Extensive clinical and management experience across diverse mental health clinical settings leading and managing a large nursing workforce supporting recovery orientated practice, financial and operational services performance indicators.
4. Knowledge and understanding of Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) Legislation, Industrial Awards and Work Health and Safety (WHS) principles.
5. Current NSW Drivers Licence.
