- Recognised qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics that provides eligibility for full membership of Dietitians Australia and commitment to own ongoing professional development.
- Evidence of extensive clinical and management experience as a practising Dietitian.
- Proven ability to provide high level of guidance, leadership and management of nutrition and dietetics services in a complex health setting.
- Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of and commitment to quality improvement processes and the application of evidence based practice within nutrition and dietetics.
- Ability to provide leadership and direction with workforce planning and in assisting with the flexible utilisation of resources to enhance service delivery.
- Ability to provide high level advice, consultation and education to enhance service delivery, including experience in developing programs, policies and procedures for service improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work to manage competing demands and work autonomously when appropriate.
