About the role

  • Lead and optimise data capture processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance across clinical and non-clinical data.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and operational teams to improve data quality, provide training, and ensure correct application of classification frameworks.
  • Analyse and interpret complex data to inform operational performance, strategic planning, and benchmarking, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Drive accurate and timely reporting, both internal and external, aligning with regulatory, funding, and performance requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate data policies and best practices while resolving discrepancies to maintain high-quality, reliable data.
  • Resolve data quality issues efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate correction of discrepancies.

 

About you

  • Proven expertise in managing, validating, and maintaining high-quality clinical or activity-based data within complex environments.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to enhance data quality and understanding across clinical and operational teams.
  • Skilled in translating complex data into clear, meaningful insights for decision-making and reporting.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage competing priorities while driving process and system improvements.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to data integrity, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
