HealthShare NSW is looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to play a vital role in advancing our mission of Partnering for Patients. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to NSW Health employees, and our valued customers through various service channels within the Customer Services Contact Centre.
In this dynamic position, you will manage the workflow of all Customer Service Desk inquiries, ensuring they are handled with precision and efficiency. Your role will involve seamless interaction with customers and staff across the organisation, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism. We are looking for candidates who not only possess strong communication skills but also exude a positive can-do attitude, embracing and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
