About the opportunity
Lismore Linen Services at HealthShare is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to manage customer relationships, resolve service issues, and improve service efficiency. You will act as the link between hospitals and linen operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting new product initiatives, and implementing change in collaboration with stakeholders.
You will bring experience in customer service and project or change management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. A proactive approach to problem-solving, reporting, and continuous improvement, along with an understanding of quality standards, is essential.
