You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The Central Sterilising Services Department (CSSD) Operations Supervisor will assist the Sterilising Services Manager in the day to day management of the sterilising services department. Assume responsibility of the department in the absence of the Manager and ensure the department has adequate consumables to run efficiently keeping our monthly budget sustained. Roster needs to be completed on time and shifts fairly distributed utilising staff skill mix, ensuring the departments have adequate staffing and operations run efficiently.
- Currently holds a Certificate III in Sterilising technology and demonstrated sound knowledge and understanding of sterilising practices and technique's for reprocessing Reusable Medical devices including endoscopy reprocessing.
- Must have experience in rostering staff, assisting with performance development reviews, recruitment and generating reports.
