- Recognised qualifications as a Psychologist, Registered Nurse, or Occupational Therapist with current registration through the relevant Professional Board of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, or eligibility for Membership for Social Workers with the AASW.
- Post-qualification experience providing mental health interventions to children with emotional, behavioural, or relational difficulties, and delivering therapeutic support to families.
- Ability to manage clients presenting with challenging behaviours, including emotional dysregulation and aggression.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including families, schools, and service providers.
