Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary Range: $84,436 - $112,331 per annum + 12% super and benefits (Health Mgr Lvl 1)
Location: NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park

About the Opportunity
NSW Ambulance is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy ICT Asset Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the management, tracking, and implementation of ICT asset management processes that enhance service delivery across the division.
You will assist in the daily administration of ICT assets, ensuring data accuracy, optimised usage, and cost-effective outcomes while supporting a wide range of stakeholders, from field staff to senior executives.

About You
You are a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced ICT environment. You’re confident using technology, proactive in solving problems, and can comfortably interact with everyone from technical teams to senior executives.
You have below skills and experience:
- Experience in ICT Asset Management within a medium to large organisation.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow (or similar CMDB/asset tracking tools).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune (or similar Endpoint Management UEM platform).
- Solid understanding of IT hardware (EUC hardware, printers, mobile devices, video conferencing and related peripherals.)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Comfortable with occasional travel across NSW as required.
