Essential Requirements

Selection Criteria:
- Graduate level or above qualifications in population health, health promotion, public health, management and/or related discipline such as nursing, allied health etc.
- Extensive experience in project planning, implementation, evaluation and management of population health promotion programs
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and provide leadership to a team to deliver health, or other related, programs.
- High level experience in establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships to facilitate and deliver collaborative action to achieve health goals.
- High level communication (oral and written), presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, understand and work with, and within, a range of systems, sectors and agencies to implement change.
- Working knowledge or understanding of the WSLHD community context and demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a cross cultural context, particularly with members of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and Culturally & Linguistically Diverse communities.
- Current driver’s license valid within Australia
