Salary Range: $114,251- $134,809 per annum + 12% super and benefits (Health Mgr Lvl 2)

About the Opportunity
The Coordinator CREWs/Veritas provides ongoing support and coordination for the CREWs and Veritas team and systems. The role ensures the consistent performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of these systems, which support workforce management and timekeeping processes across NSW Ambulance. This role acts as a central point of contact for system-related issues, user support, and stakeholder engagement. The Coordinator contributes to the effectiveness of business-as-usual operations by ensuring data integrity, process compliance, and alignment of functionality with industrial Awards, organisational policies and service delivery standards.
About You
Experience supporting or coordinating business systems in a high-volume operational environment, preferably within the health-related field.
- Sound understanding of workforce management, rostering and time and attendance systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train users, resolve issues, and build stakeholder confidence.
- Proven organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams), with experience producing documentation, reports, and process guides.
- Ability to produce high-quality written communications including user guides, reports, and briefing notes.
- Demonstrated current competency in the use of communication technology.
