What you'll be doing
You will play a key role in shaping how patients, families, and carers experience care across NSLHD. In this role, you will coordinate consumer engagement activities, gather and translate patient insights into service improvements, and partner with clinical and operational teams to strengthen patient‑centred practices. Your work will help build a culture where every voice is heard and every experience drives better care.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in health-related discipline or equivalent experience in consumer engagement, consumer feedback and /or medicolegal matters in a complex environment.
- Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills, consultation, negotiation, facilitation, presentation, consensus building and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in preparation of reports, briefs and executive correspondence and complaints and medicolegal responses, inclusive of the analysis of relevant quantitative and/or qualitative data.
