🗓️ About the Role
As a Communications Clerk, you’ll be the first point of contact for both internal and external communications within the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering and directing calls in a fast-paced setting
Assisting clinical staff with administrative needs
Preparing, organising, and managing departmental documents
Supporting the overall coordination of the Emergency Department’s workflow
Every shift, you’ll play a meaningful part in supporting patient care and clinical efficiency.
