Achieve Something Great
Join Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals as the Coding and Research Support Manager and lead a vital service that supports patient care, funding, service planning, and clinical research. In this rewarding role, you will provide leadership and management to the Clinical Information Department's coding team, ensuring high-quality clinical coding outcomes and the timely achievement of organisational deadlines. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced clinical coding professional with extensive knowledge of ICD-10-AM and a proven ability to lead and support coding teams. You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated experience implementing coding quality activities, and the ability to effectively organise, prioritise, and manage competing deadlines. A strong working knowledge of hospital information systems, including PAS, eMR, Solventum Code Finder, and EDWARD, is essential. If you are passionate about coding excellence, data quality, and supporting research and healthcare improvement, we would love to hear from you.
