The role will also support ongoing compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and NSW Health policies.

The ideal candidate is a proactive Study Coordinator with proven start‑up expertise who can efficiently drive ethics and governance submissions, budgets, and contracts in parallel to shorten activation timelines while maintaining strict compliance with GCP, regulatory obligations, and NSW Health requirements. They are a structured and effective communicator who engages confidently with diverse stakeholders, providing concise updates, maintaining clear risk and issue logs, and escalating early with well‑considered options. Highly detail‑driven with a strong compliance mindset, they bring negotiation strength, stakeholder savvy, and the resilience needed to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple studies across various therapeutic areas. The successful candidate will also be flexible in travelling across SWSLHD facilities and collaborating with teams from a wide range of clinical specialties.
