Where you'll be working
You’ll be based at Blacktown Hospital within the Blacktown Medical Oncology Research unit, a key clinical trials hub in Western Sydney.

What you'll be doing
In this role, you will coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of clinical trials, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and high-quality delivery across all study activities.
· Coordinate clinical trials in line with protocols, ethics requirements, and regulatory standards
· Manage patient recruitment, informed consent, follow-up, and ongoing trial participation
· Prepare documentation including ethics submissions, amendments, safety reports, and audit materials
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including sponsors, ethics committees, and investigators
· Collect, analyse, and evaluate trial data to support clinical decision-making and reporting outcomes

Selection Criteria:
1. Degree in a health related discipline and/or relevant experience.
2. Previous experience in Clinical Trials.
3. Demonstrated excellent planning and organisational skills.
4. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively, independently and within a collaborative team environment.
