We are seeking a Clinical System Innovation Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving system performance, innovation, and excellence within the Nepean Cancer Care Centre.
This position coordinates the planning, implementation, and development of system performance initiatives aligned with the goals and objectives of the NSW Cancer Plan. The primary focus of the role is the coordination of the MDT Care Model and the associated performance reporting and compliance with Cancer Institute NSW (CINSW) KPIs.

What you will bring to the role
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Allied Health, Management or any other disciplinary, or equivalent industry experience.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated skill and experience in project management, program management and change management.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, mentoring and training skills to support a range of change methodologies.
- Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience in data management, analysis and data presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and apply effective strategies to deliver service outcomes and KPI's within tightly defined resources.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Ability to travel between NBMLHD campuses and to CINSW site.
