What you'll be doing
The position of Clinical Support Officer [CSO] has been identified as a central role within Mental Health Drug and Alcohol [MHDA] Service
The Clinical Support Officer to support the MHDA casual pool and will identify staffing gaps in conjunction with NUMs in the clinical rosters and forward planning to fill these along with roster shortfalls that result from unforeseen leave in conjunction with the Manager.
The Clinical Support Officer will monitor and provide reports to identify casual staff who are working over 100 hours per pay cycle and casual staff who have not worked for over 6 months.
The Clinical Support Officer works in liaison with the Staffing Manager, After Hours Nurse Managers, Nursing Unit Managers, Team Leaders, and Casual staff to support HealthRoster across MHDA services.
The Clinical Support Officer provides support for leave cover for other administrative roles within the service as required.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Highly professional phone manner and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility with work duties and location.
