The SESLHD Mental Health Service is a specialised clinical service, providing care to a local population of over 930,000 residents in the Sydney metropolitan area. We provide care within both hospital and community settings to support people living with mental illness at times when acute intervention is needed, or to remain well in their community and lead their own recovery.

Selection Criteria:
- Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist or Clinical Neuropsychology (or working towards endorsement) or some other recognised clinical area in Psychology, along with a minimum two-year full-time equivalent APAC-accredited Master or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology.
- Skilled and experienced in assessing and providing a wide range of psychological therapies, such as CBT and behavioural activation to older people with mental disorders
- Proven ability to provide high level clinical advice and education to enhance service delivery and to guide and support others in providing service excellence
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills
- Computer competency
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel in accordance with the requirement of the role
