Clinical Pharmacist – Virtual Pharmacy Services
Make a meaningful impact on patient care as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality clinical pharmacy services in alignment with SHPA Standards and National Standard 4 for medication safety.
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you’ll provide expert medication advice to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, and play a key role in medication reconciliation, discharge counselling, and quality improvement initiatives. You’ll also participate in relevant committees, contribute to audits and reporting, and maintain ongoing professional development to support excellence in practice.

Remuneration: $83,734.08 - $108,941.55 per annum, pro rata (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Current AHPRA registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
Experience and skills in clinical pharmacy with the ability to apply this knowledge to practical situations. Post registration hospital pharmacy experience or post graduate relevant qualification (or working towards) will be highly regarded.
A commitment to client/patient care being delivered within professional, organisational, legal and ethical boundaries and reflects evidence-based practice and knowledge.
