Selection Criteria 
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

  • Current Authority to Practice as a Pharmacist with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in the provision of clinical Pharmacy services preferably in a hospital setting consistent with the Standards of Practice of the Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff, and patients and carers
  • Demonstrated competence in clinical drug knowledge and experience in applying that knowledge appropriately to clinical settings
