Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for emergency care and clinical leadership? Narrabri Health Service is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (ED) to join our busy and supportive Emergency Department team.

About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 in ED, you will play a vital leadership role within our close-knit team, working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager to:
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Support and encourage professional and career development across the team.
- Work on a rotating roster in a busy, diverse Emergency Department.
- Access travel support for professional development where appropriate.
About You
We’re looking for a skilled nurse who is:
- Authorised to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the Emergency Department of their specified post-graduate qualification in Emergency Nursing, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
- Eligible to drive in NSW with a current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes, which may involve driving long distances.
- A team player and clinical leader who leads by example.
- A critical thinker with strong decision-making skills in emergency care.
- Passionate about supporting colleagues’ growth and development.
- Committed to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.
