About the role
An exciting opportunity exists to join a service promoting quality of life and dignity for those with a life limiting illness.

This Clinical Nurse Specialist position delivers complex, specialised nursing care to people with life limiting illness.

The District wide Specialist Palliative Care Service is a dedicated multidisciplinary team, supporting patients with a life limiting illness. The service provides consultation services across a number of care settings including hospital, community and residential aged care facilities.

The service includes a team of specialist nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Dietitian and Palliative Care Doctors. This team is supported by Clinical Nurse Consultants and Nurse Educator in Palliative Care.
