About the role
Join the Cowra Community Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol Service, (MHDA) as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people experiencing complex mental health challenges.

This rewarding role, provides an opportunity to work in an advanced, evidence-based mental health care environment. You will coordinate recovery-focused interventions, and work collaboratively with consumers, carers, families, and healthcare providers to achieve positive outcomes.

Supported by a multidisciplinary team of experienced clinicians from nursing, psychiatry, peer work, and Aboriginal Mental Health backgrounds. You will benefit from comprehensive orientation, regular clinical supervision, professional mentoring, and an individualised development pathway designed to support your ongoing growth and career progression.
