About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Child & Family Health Nurse who is passionate about improving and improving the physical, social, emotional and wellbeing of children aged 0 to 5 and their families.

You will provide clinical leadership, advice and recommendations on all aspects of your specialist field of nursing, clinical supervision to nursing staff and be a role model for the team, providing nursing care on a regular basis.

The roles will be supporting dedicated catchment areas across the northern sector, with a base location within the upper Northern sector.
