What you will bring to the role

  1. Current registration with AHPRA - Division 1 Registered Nurse
  2. Post-registration Qualifications in Stoma Therapy
  3. At least 3 years full time equivalent experience working in Gastrointestinal Surgery and/or Stoma Therapy
  4. Commitment to champion, educate and lead a multidisciplinary team to improve patients’ outcomes as part of a team;
  5. Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities according to best practice
  6. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, carers and a diverse range of health care providers
  7. Demonstrated commitment to clinical practice development
  8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision maintaining involvement within the wider multidisciplinary team
