About the role
The Clinical Nurse Facilitator plays an essential role in delivering high‑quality clinical education and supporting the development of nursing students within the clinical environment.
The role involves supporting nursing students as they build their skills and confidence, while also assisting Registered Nurses in their supervisory responsibilities. The role is responsible for coaching students in skill development, presenting education sessions and facilitating debriefing sessions.
As part of a small and dynamic team of Clinical Nurse Facilitators across Western NSW Local Health District, you will contribute to a positive learning culture and experience high job satisfaction. Working a rotating roster Mon-Fri - am and pm shifts only.
