What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading orientation for new staff and supporting student placements
- Delivering and coordinating training such as Basic Life Support, Aseptic Technique, and Donning & Doffing
- Mentoring staff to meet professional goals and maintain mandatory education compliance
- Partnering with experienced educators, Nurse Unit Managers, and Health Service Managers to drive a culture of excellence
What You Bring
- Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration and who holds relevant clinical or education post-registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate
- Current Workplace Training and Assessment Cert IV or willing to work towards
- Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills
- Ability to inspire teamwork and continuous learning
- Commitment to quality care and professional development
- Confidence to lead, motivate, and mentor staff at all levels
