Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Holds a relevant clinical or education post registration qualification or 3 years clinical experience in mental health nursing and education.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of teaching and learning in the health care environment (adult learning principles).
- Demonstrated clinical teaching & facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of competency attainment and assessment.
- Computer literacy and understanding of hospital information systems.
- Experience in working within a practice development framework, including experience in facilitating groups.
