- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a post graduate qualification in a relevant clinical field or education post graduate qualification or a combination of education training and clinical experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
- Demonstrated extensive clinical experience in critical care and/ or post registration qualification in the relevant speciality and nursing professional development/education
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change within the context of best practice clinical care and workplace culture
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and a strong commitment to the ongoing enhancement of clinical practice within a patient centred, multi-disciplinary clinical environment.
- Demonstrated effective and high-level communication skills including negotiation and conflict resolutions skills in addition to proven ability to motivate and engage people in the clinical setting.
