About the Role
As the Clinical Nurse Educator – Community Health in Narrabri, you’ll support and develop clinicians through targeted education, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical expertise. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to address operational and clinical needs, contribute to service planning through the 90-day plan, and promote excellence in patient care aligned with HNE Health’s values and the NSW Health Code of Conduct.
Your role will include coordinating education programs for diverse learners, maintaining current clinical knowledge, supporting cultural respect, and contributing to the Closing the Gap strategy. What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Relevant clinical or education post-registration qualifications and experience
- Credentialing in Triage and ALS, or a willingness to obtain
- Credentialed as a DETECT and DETECT Junior Trainer, or willingness to obtain
