About the role
As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you'll lead the delivery of education and training within the ward or unit, supporting the development of a capable and confident nursing workforce. You'll provide bedside teaching, coordinate education programs, mentor new and existing staff, and identify learning opportunities that strengthen clinical practice. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you'll promote evidence-based care, contribute to the development of clinical resources and procedures, and foster a culture of continuous learning, patient safety and quality improvement.
About you
You're an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for education and developing others. You'll hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and have relevant clinical or education qualifications, or equivalent experience. Confident delivering adult education in a clinical setting, you're an engaging mentor who builds capability through coaching and support. With excellent communication skills, strong clinical knowledge and a collaborative approach, you're committed to inspiring professional growth and helping teams deliver exceptional patient care.
