Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA), as well as a post graduate qualification in Child and Family Health Nursing. Successfully completed or working towards a tertiary qualification with units indicating a focus on the provision of education and/or clinical training or a current technical qualification in workplace training and assessment.
- Give a brief overview of what education training and clinically relevant experience you bring with you to the role?
- Describe your experience in clinical teaching and education, including your understanding and application of competency based assessment and adult learning principles.
- Demonstrate your understanding of and experience working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander individuals, families or communities.
- Describe your experience working within Aboriginal Health Service models and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide an example that demonstrates your ability to work professionally and collaboratively in a complex health care environment.
Do you have a current Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2)? if you hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
