You will design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs in partnership with Nurse Managers, Nurse Educators, and Clinical Nurse Consultants. • Evaluate and adapt programs to ensure ongoing relevance and impact.

  • Work closely with Nurse Managers, Clinical Nurse Consultants, and other educators to deliver integrated learning strategies.

  • Partner with Allied Health and nursing teams to identify workforce development needs.

  • Be a visible clinical leader—mentoring, guiding, and inspiring staff in their professional growth.

  • Promote a positive learning culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Drive quality improvement by aligning education with clinical governance, safety standards, and best practice principles.

  • Use your clinical expertise and initiative to anticipate educational needs.

  • Support the workforce to develop problem-solving skills and confidence in their practice.

  • Engage in your professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in healthcare education.

What we're looking for:

  • You’re self-driven and passionate about lifelong learning and professional growth.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment, able to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
  • You’re proactive, with a talent for identifying educational needs and delivering practical solutions.
  • You’re a confident communicator who builds strong relationships and fosters team learning.
