Clinical Nurse Consultant Complex Care

1. Registered Nurse who has a minimum of 5 years full time post graduate experience in a mental health specialty. In addition, the applicant must have an approved post graduate qualification within the speciality of mental health drug and alcohol or other such qualifications or experience deemed appropriate.
2. Demonstrated experience working with consumers and their carer/s presenting with complex mental health needs and/or behaviours of concern and demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions and care plans.

3. Extensive experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating consumer focused comprehensive care plans based on evidence based practice..
