Selection Criteria:

Current registration as a Registered Midwife with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia
Holds relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of teaching and learning in the health care environment (adult learning principles)
Demonstrated clinical teaching & facilitation skills
Demonstrated knowledge of competency attainment and assessment
Computer literacy and understanding of hospital information systems
