Selection Criteria:
- Current registration as a Registered Midwife with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia
- Holds relevant clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the employer.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of teaching and learning in the health care environment (adult learning principles)
- Demonstrated clinical teaching & facilitation skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of competency attainment and assessment
- Computer literacy and understanding of hospital information systems
