About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate Clinical Midwife Educator (CME) to join Narrabri District Hospital. You’ll provide training, run birthing classes, and support the development of midwives and patients, while collaborating with staff at nearby sites like Moree.

This role blends clinical work with education and offers a chance to shape midwifery services in a supportive rural setting. You’ll be part of a friendly team, supported by the Nurse Manager and the CME at Moree, working Monday to Friday with flexible morning or afternoon shifts to suit your work/life balance.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Registered Midwife with current AHPRA Authority to Practice

  • Relevant clinical or education post-registration qualifications and experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude

  • Eligible to drive in NSW and willingness to travel for work puposes
